1. Welcome to MyBabyGallery: Daily Timelapse

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

2. App Usage

MyBabyGallery: Daily Timelapse is designed as a premium baby tracker, milestone journal, and memory book. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it.

3. Premium Subscription

Certain features, such as advanced timelapse video generation and unlimited photo storage within the app, may require a premium subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all the photos and text you input into the app. Because the app stores data locally, we are not responsible for lost data if you lose your device or delete the app without first backing up your files.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyBabyGallery: Daily Timelapse is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free. We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
